What is an Integrated Management System (IMS)?
An Integrated Management System (IMS) is a framework that unifies multiple international ISO standards under a single system of processes, policies, and controls. At Colibrí IT, our HSEQ IMS integrates three standards covering the critical dimensions of a technology consultancy: service quality, environmental responsibility, and the health and safety of our team.

COLIBRÍ IT S.A.S., a company dedicated to the configuration and implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, maintenance and enhancement of Field Service Management solutions, specialized outsourcing, and consulting on the implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, has among its management objectives achieving a high level of satisfaction of the needs and expectations of its interested parties. Through continuous improvement, the company designs, implements, and maintains an Integrated Management System with:
Quality
- Satisfy the needs and expectations of clients and other interested parties, delivering services with high quality standards.
- Ensure conformity in the execution and delivery of projects, controlling the committed scope, time, and cost.
- Address requests, complaints, and claims in a timely manner, as well as nonconforming outputs, reducing rework.
- Strengthen the competencies of our people for effective and reliable service delivery.
Environment
- Prevent pollution and reduce significant environmental impacts arising from technology service operations.
- Properly manage waste, especially waste electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring controlled final disposal.
- Promote the rational and efficient use of natural resources and the reduction of the organization's environmental footprint.
- Adopt cleaner practices and technologies and incorporate environmental criteria into supplier management.
- Comply with applicable environmental regulations and other requirements, and raise employee awareness of environmental care.
Occupational Health and Safety
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injury and ill health for all workers, including those working remotely or from home.
- Identify hazards, assess and evaluate risks, and establish the controls necessary for their prevention and control.
- Eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
- Comply with current occupational health and safety regulations and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
- Ensure the consultation and participation of workers and their representatives, as well as the operation of the organization's committees.
- Prevent the occurrence of occupational illnesses and promote health, well-being, and an appropriate work environment.
Cross-cutting commitments
- Comply with current legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, applicable to quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment.
- Provide the human, physical, technological, and financial resources necessary for the operation and improvement of the system.
- Promote the participation and consultation of workers and other interested parties.
- Continually improve the performance and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
